Once orderd the scissors were delivered within time, arrived in good condition and were perfectly described. The scissors were not delivered when courier said they would deliver them. Marie from Ribbon Company was super helpful in tracking the courier down. I have one piece of feedback. I wanted to order the item on Friday but there was nobody to talk to answer questions. Also, next day delivery is an option and should be clearer on your website. Minor things. Apart from that. Brilliant!
