What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We offer two different options for UK delivery both tracked and delivered through DPD:

Priority Delivery – £12.50

Standard Delivery – £6.95

We also offer free standard shipping on all orders over £100

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major payment methods such as Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and AMEX

How long will delivery take?

We offer two different options for UK delivery both tracked and delivered through DPD:

Priority Delivery – This service is great if you are in a hurry! We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 working days from delivery, although this is usually quicker. 

Standard Delivery – This service is more suited if you are well prepared and are happy to give us time to get it completely right for you, we normally aim to get your product to you within 5 working days, but once again this can be quicker.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above

What exactly happens after ordering?

If you are ordering one of our personalised products, you will be contacted within 24 hours of ordering by a member of our team. They will produce a sample of your ribbon and email you a photo of the printed ribbon for your approval. 

Once we receive your approval we will then send instructions to our print team to print and dispatch your ribbon. The speed of the printing will depend on the shipping service you have chosen in the checkout. 

Once shipped you will receive tracking information from our courier and on the morning of delivery will receive an estimated time window of delivery with options to reschedule your delivery or even have it delivered to a local DPD pickup shop if you think you might not be in! 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

As soon as you have paid though our secure checkout, you will receive an email confirming your order, attached to this email will be a full VAT invoice receipt for your order.

Should you loose this email, you can also login to you account on our website and download all previous copies of your invoices.
